    Returns and Cancellation Policy 

    We understand it is not always easy to understand the Returns and Cancellation Policies. So, here we have tried to keep it simple as much as we can.

    Canceling an order

    Please call 0800 145 5225 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order before it is delivered. We will advise you if it is too late for a cancellation because we may have shipped the items by the time you contact us. In such cases, please refer to “Wrong or Unwanted Items” section below.

    If an order has not been shipped, we might be able to cancel the order. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or replacement item(s). If you choose to take a full refund, we will normally initiate the refund to your card (for credit or debit card transactions) within 7 working days.

    Wrong or Unwanted Items - Have you ordered a wrong item? Or do you not need an item you have ordered?

    You can return a wrong or unwanted item within 14 days of delivery as long as it is still in its original unopened package. Please call 0800 145 5225 or email returns@absbiz.co.uk and let us know the order number of the item you are returning, so we know what to expect. When you send an item back to us, please ensure to keep the proof of posting in a safe place. We will offer you either a full refund (minus any shipping or handling charges) or a replacement item. If you choose to take a full refund, we will normally initiate the refund to your card (for credit or debit card transactions) within 7 working days.

    If the original package has been opened or you want to return after 14 days have been crossed after the delivery, unfortunately, we would not be able to accept a return.

    Damaged Items - Have you received a damaged item?

    We hope you will open the items on the same day as they were delivered. But, we do allow 5 days to report a damaged item. Please call 0800 145 5225 to report the case as soon as possible.

    We will arrange the collection of the damaged item for free and offer either a full refund (minus any shipping or handling charges) or a replacement item. If you choose to take a full refund, we will normally initiate the refund to your card (for credit or debit card transactions) within 7 working days.

    Faulty Items - Has the item you purchased developed a fault?

    If the item is within the standard warranty period (normally 12 months) or an extended warranty period (optional purchase on certain items), then you are automatically covered under the terms of those warranties, so we will offer you a prompt repair service. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover faults developed as a result of carelessness on your part or because of general wear-and-tear. So, we reserve the rights to check the nature of the fault and notify you whether or not such a fault is covered.
